1. Product Introduction

M-1 metallographic sample pre grinding machine uses metallographic sandpaper with different particle sizes to polish samples of various metals and alloys. By using this pre grinding machine, in addition to mechanical polishing instead of manual operation to improve the efficiency of sample preparation, it can also completely remove plastic deformation and surface heating marks generated during the sample cutting process, for further microstructure determination after polishing.

The cooling device equipped with this machine can cool the sample during pre grinding to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating of the sample. During the operation of the pre grinding machine, cooling water is continuously injected into the rotating grinding disc through a rotary water nozzle. The sandpaper can be tightly adhered to the grinding disc under the action of atmospheric pressure, so there is no need to bond or clamp the sandpaper.

This machine is controlled by the turnkey to operate the grinding disc. When the turnkey is turned on, the grinding disc runs and can achieve a speed of 700r/min. When the key is turned off, the grinding disc stops running.
